Multi-Pronged 2A Attack: Gun Control Measures Moving Forward

They are moving forward at a rapid pace advancing and proposing new Gun Control legislation:

4 new gun control laws raised in Judiciary Committee

https://www.wtnh.com/news/politics/4-new-gun-control-laws-raised-in-judiciary-committee/1745926610

What is specifically of concern is that under the pretext of passing legislation targeting 3D Printed Guns, the Gun Control advocates are actually targeting Lower Receiver Blanks or what is commonly known as 80% Lower Receivers. What is concerning is using this sleight of hand, it appears President Trump will be siding with the Gun Control proponents on this one:

Trump says public availability of 3D-printed guns ‘doesn’t seem to make much sense’ – https://www.politico.com/story/2018/07/31/trump-3-d-guns-751249

What is also concerning is the complete lack of a cohesive response to this current assault on the Second Amendment. We suspect this is primarily due to the Gun Control movement changing their approach, so as not to “stir the beast” on a national level, but rather scale down their attacks down to state, county, and city level…while disrupting the online opposition via draconian censorship and suppression measures enacted recently, within the last 9-12 months. Both measures taken together have effectively muted the opposition to the advancement of Gun Control Agenda in the United States.

This is like watching a slow motion car crash….

Assault Weapons Bans and Gun Control Roll Out – Coordinated at the City, County, State, and Federal Level

The current Gun Control roll out, including but not limited to: Assault Weapons Bans, Ammunition Restriction, Universal Background Checks, Ban on Lower Receiver Blanks aka 80% Lower Receivers, AR-15 Rifle Kits, AR-10 Rifle Kits, etc…is currently gaining steam across the country. Here are some recent examples:

City Level, Pittsburgh, PA (January 15, 2019):

The legislation currently being mulled by council:

  • An assault weapons ban making it unlawful to man manufacture, sell, purchase, transport, carry, store, or otherwise hold in one’s possession an assault weapon within the city, such as the Colt AR-15 automatic rifle used in the Tree of Life shooting.
  • An accessories, ammunition and modification ban barring items such as bump stocks, armor-penetrating bullets, sawed-off rifles and large capacity magazines often used in mass shootings.
  • Adoption of Extreme Risk Protection Orders that enable courts to temporarily prohibit a person from having guns if law enforcement or immediate family members show that the individual poses a significant danger.  –https://patch.com/pennsylvania/pittsburgh/proposed-pittsburgh-weapons-ammo-laws-unconstitutional-da

State Level, Oregon (January, 14, 2019)

The Oregon Legislature will consider at least seven bills that aim to tighten gun control…If passed, these bills would require firearms be securely stored when not in use, mandate firearm safety classes in public schools, and make people obtain a firearm permit before purchasing a gun, among other things….This wave of gun-related bills comes less than a year after local gun control advocates attempted—and failed—to place two gun safety measures on the 2018 ballot. –https://www.portlandmercury.com/blogtown/2019/01/14/25507592/stricter-gun-storage-do-not-sell-lists-and-other-firearm-bills-oregon-lawmakers-will-consider-this-session

State Level, Virginia (January 14, 2019)

Virginia’s Democratic Governor’s Anti-Gun Package Is Straight-Up Confiscation

The plan to ban the sale and possession of certain kinds of firearms proposed by Virginia governor Ralph Northam (D.) could affect millions of gun owners, an industry group said on Friday.

The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), which represents gun manufacturers and dealers, said the vague description of the legislation released by Northam on Jan. 4 would apply to most firearms currently on sale in the commonwealth.

“The legislative proposals being discussed would put most firearms beyond the reach of law-abiding Virginians who choose the firearms of their choice to protect themselves, hunt, and practice recreational target shooting,” said Lawrence G. Keane, the group’s general counsel. “That could potentially impact the availability of tens of millions of firearms.”

While short on details, Northam’s announcement said part of the proposed gun-control package would ban the “sale, purchase, possession, and transport” of undefined “assault firearms” including “any firearm that is equipped with a magazine that holds more than 10 rounds of ammunition.” Since the vast majority of semiautomatic handguns and rifles in the state are sold standard with magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds, it appears the proposed ban would affect most firearms on sale in Virginia. Additionally, the announcement of the ban did not include mention of any grandfathering to allow what NSSF estimated would be millions of Virginians who already own such firearms to legally keep them. –https://townhall.com/tipsheet/mattvespa/2019/01/14/virginias-democratic-governors-antigun-package-is-straightup-confiscation-n2539010

State Level, Minnesota (January 15, 2019)

Minnesota lawmakers, activists on all sides gird for new round of gun debate at Capitol

…Gun control activists and DFL legislators are expressing a newfound optimism that Democratic electoral gains in the suburbs will apply enough pressure on Republicans in those districts to pass a pair of proposed gun restrictions this year….http://www.startribune.com/minnesota-lawmakers-activists-on-all-sides-gird-for-new-round-of-gun-debate-at-capitol/504352682/

Here is the summary:

We (Defined as Second Amendment Supporters and the Firearms Industry Specifically), have been de-platformed and are currently, cut off from the online space, totally and completely. The opposition have taken total control of the online space, having enacted totalitarian censorship which has not been seen in the United States to date.

We are completely silenced, censored, and suppressed on Youtube, which has over 140+ Million Views per month and 1.8 Billion “Subscribers” – http://www.businessofapps.com/data/youtube-statistics/

We are completely silenced, censored, and suppressed on Facebook, which has over 2.2 Billion Monthly Active Users – https://www.digitaltrends.com/social-media/facebook-monthly-active-users-grows-despite-cambridge-analytica/

We have been completely silenced, censored, and suppressed on Twitter, which has over 326 Million Monthly Active Users – https://www.omnicoreagency.com/twitter-statistics/

The opposition have integrated their data operations into these social media platforms mentioned above and are monitoring the online space in real time, actively identifying and creating lists of those who are opposing them, by name, by account, by website, by email, etc…these organizations are relentless and they have unlimited funding – we have documented the veracity of the above claims extensively, from their own confidential briefings: #4PR Prong 4 Online Censorship – Media Matters Private and Confidential Memo

Question: Given the above set of circumstances is the new reality, of this there is no doubt. How then, can the Constitutional Republic continue to function?

80% Lower Receivers and the Next Gun Control Roll Out

Pertaining to 80% Lower Receivers, Assault Weapons so called, and Universal Background Checks, there are three pieces of Gun Control legislation staged right now:

  1. H.R. 7115 – Presented under the title and pretext of addressing 3-D Printed Guns, and originally introduced 11/02/2018 this legislation in fact is targeting the Lower Receiver Blank or what is commonly known as the 80% Lower Receiver. View complete bill HERE. Below are some key excerpts of the proposed bill:

“…To prohibit the sale, acquisition, distribution in commerce, or import into the United States of certain firearm receiver castings or blanks, assault weapon parts kits, and machinegun parts kits and the marketing or advertising of such castings or blanks and kits on any medium of electronic communications, to require homemade firearms to have serial numbers, and for other purposes….”

2. Dianne Feinstein and the proposed Assault Weapons Ban: Introduced January 9, 2019, you can read about the proposed legislation on Sen. Feinstein’s website HERE: Below are some key excerpts from her website:

“…Senators Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) and Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) today led a group of senators in introducing the Assault Weapons Ban of 2019, an updated bill to ban the sale, transfer, manufacture and importation of military-style assault weapons and high-capacity ammunition magazines….”

“…“Assault weapons and high-capacity magazines are deadly and dangerous weapons of war that belong on battlefields—not our streets. They have no purpose for self-defense or hunting, and no business being in our schools, churches and malls,” said Senator Richard Blumenthal. “By passing this legislation, Congress can honor the memory of the beautiful lives cut short by military-style assault weapons in Newtown, Parkland, Las Vegas, San Bernardino and far too many other American cities. This is the year for my colleagues to turn our rhetoric into reality and finally end America’s gun violence epidemic.””

3. Nancy Pelosi introduces Universal Background Check Bill: Introduced January 5, 2019, Sen. Pelosi’s proposed legislation was rolled out on the anniversary of the Gabby Giffords shooting, and coordinated with public and prime time appearances from the former congresswoman and shooting victim Gabby Giffords, along with the former Parkland Student Survivors, read article from January 5, 2019 HERE: Below are some key excerpts from the article:

“…Nancy Pelosi is not wasting any time. Her first move as Speaker of the House is to introduce a bill that requires universal background checks on gun sales. The proposal will be introduced on Tuesday, the eighth anniversary of former Rep. Gabby Gifford’s nearly fatal shooting….”

“…The bill would make federal background checks mandatory on all gun sales, including private gun sales….”

In summary, Gun Control legislation is now stacking up in the Washington queue, there has been relative calm in the market and in the media as of late, expect this next wave of Gun Control to bring the issue back to the national headlines and expect any shooting incidents involving the above targeted combinations of weapons systems, manufacture methods, sales methods, etc…to be operationalized as a coordinated National Level Pretext and published from coast to coast across every Media Outlet (MSM and Online – which are now both totally controlled) and further with the sole goal being to strip the US Citizen of their 2nd Amendment. Also, when this happens, expect all contrary opinions to be suppressed across ALL mediums of Online Communication.

“…In a semi-civilised country it is an easy matter for a Government to find pretexts for its acts, when the Governor so desires….” –

San Bernardino Shooting Follow Up – Terrorism Strikes At Home

Information continues to come from the investigation into the shooting at the Inland Resource Center in San Bernardino, California yesterday. The more information that comes out, the more this looks like Syed Farook; an American born Muslim of Pakistani decent was radicalized and planned a terrorist strike on US soil. What it does not look like is everything the media is telling you it is.

Another Mass Shooting, But Mental Illness Was Probably Not a Factor

At least fourteen dead and seventeen wounded in the worst shooting since Sandy Hook Elementary School, but unlike almost every mass shooting in the US, mental illness does not appear to be a factor.

The reason I can make this statement long before most facts are even released is the way this shooting happened. Most shootings have been a single deranged individual killing others and usually staying to die by police bullets and having their name forever mentioned as a killer of innocents.

Despite being in one of the most gun-controlled states in the nation, more innocent unarmed people were killed on Tuesday. However, unlike the usual shootings we see, this appears to be an assault by multiple shooters with automatic weapons who escaped the scene in a black SUV after their mission.
